Is mapping a substitute for a new locate?
No. Records support planning. Conditions can change, and markings should be checked for the work being performed.
What does the $150 cover?
The $150 rate is an add-on for utilities located or verified by Meridian. Open-trench documentation is a separate service: $250 for a single property, or a $150 multi-property base plus $0.50 per captured linear foot.
