Service Scope & Dispatch Policy: Weekday Twilight dispatch is reserved for targeted sweeps and single-address tickets. Our Friday-Sunday schedule is fully open for all project scopes, from rapid residential audits to complex commercial grids. Note: Sweep requests received after 7:00 PM (Sunday – Wednesday) are prioritized for the following day’s schedule.
